Returns Policy

Welcome to Herbship!

Please carefully review our Returns Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

 

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return policy on our products from the order purchase date.
To begin the returns process, please send us a return request via the ONLINE CONTACT FORM. Alternatively you can email us at contact@herbship.com.

Once your return request has been accepted we will send you the necessary return shipping information.

Please note, we will not accept items that were returned without first placing a return request.

Products purchased from us can only be returned if they are in the same condition when you received it (in its original packaging, sealed, unused). You must also have the proof of purchase or receipt.

Perishable products (plants, food items), personal care products (makeup, beauty related items), customised/personalised products, gift cards and items that were on sale cannot be returned. Hazardous materials will also not be accepted/returned. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding specific items.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Once your order has been delivered, please inspect it carefully. If the item is damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our ONLINE CONTACT FORM so that we can investigate and resolve any issues. Alternatively you can email us at contact@herbship.com.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return request has been investigated we will let you know if you are eligible for a refund. If you choose this option, your refund will be processed.
Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card processor to post the refund to your account.

 

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM

Once your return request has been investigated we will let you know if you are eligible to exchange for another specific item. If you choose this option, please proceed with placing a new order for that specified item.
